AIM still won't let me register -.-

Greg, are you getting an error or is it an issue with the screen name maybe? I was able to get it to work. Sometimes if u have several screen names it won't let you make a new one for a certain amount of time as well

I get all the way to the 6 number registration code, but then when I click "Finish" it gives me an error and says AIM can't register me at this time. Then I try again, and get temporarily IP banned for "making too many registration attempts". Pretty irritating.

I'll try a new username next time if no one has any idea what's causing this.

That's annoying! I registered mine on AIM express rather than the regular AIM idk if that would actually make a difference though. Maybe trying another name would work

This happened to me yesterday also. Download the app on your phone, use your username/code then try it. Just use a different source of internet than you did when it rejected it. If you used your PC, use your phone, vice versa. Hopefully that helps.

This happened to me yesterday also. Download the app on your phone, use your username/code then try it. Just use a different source of internet than you did when it rejected it. If you used your PC, use your phone, vice versa. Hopefully that helps. 

I actually tried that, but it still gave me that error somehow?? Lol I don't even think that makes sense but it happened. Thanks for the help though!
