Welcome to tribal council. Behind each of you is a torch, grab it, approach the flame and get fire. This is part of the ritual of tribal council, cause in this game, FIRE REPRESENTS YOUR LIFE. As long as you have fire, you are still in this game.

Before we get to the vote, I do have something I need to address. I'm sure by now you all know about Grant being removed from the game. Luckily, we had a replacement ready to join in, and so I just wanted to formally introduce Hayden to the tribe!

*sitcom applause*

Now Hayden getting voted out only being in the game a few hours wouldn't be very fair, so that's why I've decided TO MAKE HAYDEN IMMUNE AT THIS TRIBAL COUNCIL. That way he has ample time to get to know you guys and whatnot, everyone else is fair game.

Now onto the vote.



Each of you will put this parchment in an image editing software with the name of the person you want to vote out on it, and you will then post it in your confessional. IF you feel you won't post a parchment or vote in 24 hours, PLEASE MAKE A BOOTLIST. Otherwise, you run the risk of SELF VOTING. Two self votes, and you're OUT OF THIS GAME. Any questions, feel free to ask either me or Wes.

1. Greg Buis - You were quite openly having trouble getting your AIM to work, and you might not have gotten the chance to actively discuss things with your tribemates. Think that'll influence the vote?
2. Clay Jordan - You posted a public confessional earlier. Think anyone saw it?
3. Jaime Duggan - Been forming any bonds with anyone?
4. Hayden Moss- You came in a bit later then everyone. Do you think your tribe being here at TC is an indicator of things to come? Or will you being on this tribe change that?
5. Rob Mariano - Think everybody's pulling their weight here?
6. Kelly Sharbaugh - Do you think you got put on the better tribe of the two, or did you get the short end of the straw here?
7. Tasha Fox - Is this an easy vote tonight, or will it be difficult?
8. Alxis Jones - If you had to describe this tribe in one word, what would it be?

Yeah AIM is so #rude. Fortunately, it let me in just in time for the first challenge. I don't think I really missed too much, only like a few hours, so hopefully I;m not out of the loop.

I think this challenge was rigged because the Bologna tribe has pyromaniac Zane on it. We'll get them next time!

Coming in a bit late definitely puts me a little bit on the outside. I have not spoken to a majority of the tribe, but hope to do so soon. My AIM is hayden_mosss if you guys have not added me already! I'm very grateful that I get to be immune for this TC, but I do wish I had the opportunity to play the game and aid in bringing Cali the win.

I don't think that being here at TC is an indicator of our teams strength yet. We need to work on our communication and figure out who is really here to play & win. I do believe that adding me to the Cali tribe will help us win comps. Hopefully I can prove myself next time!

Haha how #awkward right? I feel a bit of a goose. It wasn't up for long before I realised my error but I know Grant saw it lol. Oh well, he died so...
I guess it doesn't matter too much if people saw it. Luckily it was a fairly generic confessional and I don't really have anything to hide at this stage.
And hey, know we all know for next time!

9. Everyone - How does Hayden being immune affect the vote? Does it affect it at all?
I think we're all happy to have Hayden on our team. I don't think him being immune really changes anything, I'm sure we'd all love to be immune though!!

Been forming any bonds with anyone?

I've been pretty busy the past few days, so I haven't had much time to get to know anybody yet. I've tried to reach out to everyone so far, but it's just been a crazy past few days. Hopefully it doesn't bite me in the butt, I tried to make up for a lack of communication by working hard in the challenge and showing my worth.

Everyone - How does Hayden being immune affect the vote? Does it affect it at all?
I don't think it affects anything.k. I'm excited for a new addition to our tribe and I look forward to playing with Hayden!

8. Alxis Jones - If you had to describe this tribe in one word, what would it be?
I'd say friendly, so far. I haven't had a chance to talk to most people, but from what I've seen it's a good group.


9. Everyone - How does Hayden being immune affect the vote? Does it affect it at all?
It doesn't really affect it at all. We haven't gotten to know each other yet, so I think it didn't really change much. Welcome, Hayden!

7. Tasha Fox - Is this an easy vote tonight, or will it be difficult?

To be honest, I think tonight's vote will be fairly easy. Right now, what we need to do as a tribe is get rid of the weak links in order to be successful against the other tribe. We have a member that hasn't been on in over twenty-four hours, so, I think that speaks volumes. Hopefully everyone's on the same page. 

9. Everyone - How does Hayden being immune affect the vote? Does it affect it at all?

It doesn't affect anything to me. It wouldn't have been fair of us to vote him out without seeing his strengths due to him not being able to fully compete in the first challenge. Therefore, no, it doesn't affect anything. At least for me it doesn't.
