P.S. ~ PWs/Hosts what site do y'all use to make your parchments? I wanted to do something fancy with like a glow or outline or something, but I couldn't think of a site. PhotoShop maybe? |

I know Wes uses GIMP for his. I just use Paint and make it simple.
